A collection with its own market
Each collection pairs NFTs with its own FLOOR token. Collect artwork, trade that token, or exchange eligible NFTs through the collection’s vault. The artwork leads; the guide is here when you need it.
Why pair art with a token?
You can collect a specific piece of art or trade smaller, fractional amounts of its collection’s FLOOR token without choosing an NFT. The two experiences belong to the same collection.
When a piece you like is available in the vault, you can collect it—or exchange an eligible NFT from that collection—without arranging a private trade with its previous owner. Creators get a collection people can explore through both artwork and a token market.
Available inventory and market liquidity still matter. The token does not guarantee a buyer, a cash value, or that a particular NFT will be available.
Three things to know
- Minting costs one FLOOR plus a fixed fee. The fee uses the collection’s payment token. Buying the FLOOR through a pool adds its market cost and trading fee.
- NFT conversion opens on a timer. The creator chooses a delay starting at successful activation. Selling out does not change it.
- One FLOOR does not mean one dollar. Its market value changes. It does not guarantee a sale price or a particular artwork.
