Keep useful details
Record the chain, public wallet address, collection address, transaction hash, and exact visible message. These let an operator diagnose the issue without asking for secret material.

Collection availability
Base, Robinhood Chain, and Arc are supported networks. Collection actions become available when that collection’s deployment is configured and verified. A network option alone does not mean a collection has launched. If market data is unavailable, refresh before trading; missing prices do not mean the token has no value or liquidity.
